We know how difficult it is for people who have been diagnosed with any asbestos related injury. We therefore offer a free investigation service to victims, their family and friends. The purpose of the free investigation is to consider whether there is a possibility of a claim.
Legal expense insurance
You may, if proceedings are issued, require after the event legal expense insurance to cover you for the defendants legal costs. We can arrange this and the premium forms part of the costs claimed against the defendants.
